| If
ethics were synonymous with economics, then all corporations would
be profitable and ethical. But being ethical does not ensure profitability
and neither does being profitable ensure being ethical. The difficulty
lies in the balance between ethics and profitability.

Peak Ethics is an ethics training organization involved
in all facets of ethics training. This includes:
- Onsite ethics training ranging from a half day
to three days of training.
- Training in a location near your site, e.g.,
the same town but done in conjunction with a number of other company
sponsors.
- Offsite training done in a corporate retreat-like
setting.
- Training done in-house as part of an ongoing,
periodic (monthly, quarterly) ethics training program.
- Training done offsite but as part of a regular
program that extends across several months, e.g., an executive
program that meets one day a month.
- Ethics consulting with respect to the design
and implementation of ethics training programs (either ongoing
or established programs).
- Small-group training involving a timely or especially
critical issue.
- Special “breakout” topic delivery at a corporate
retreat or seminar.
- Assisting and supporting your in-house Ethics
Officer to provide a sounding board—someone you can use to objectively
help in a situation.
